my mirror force is in my other deck so im not putting it in this deck. my skill drains are also in the other deck so thats why i put jinzo in here as well as wildheart. please rate around those things, meaning dont even mention that i need them in here, i know i need them in here. but this deck isnt for competative play. just for beatin up kids on the block. 
also dont mention fussiler dragon and beast king or else ima give you a thumbs down. 
Humm im curious why you say not to suggest barbaros i think it plays good here but your choice what about reckless greed I think the biggest problems with e-hero decks is the lack of draw power
imo run 3 e – emergency call when i ran big city after the rota limitation i bumped it to 3 e-call and one rota and still didnt seem to get them to often. But since this is little city i think you should be good with 3 e-calls or like you have now 3 e calls and a rota
